The Right Tools
Computer-based drafting systems enable accurate, rapid prototyping, assuring that engineering calculations reliably translate to physically realized systems that can be objectively tested and refined. For prototype evaluation, an 80,000-cubic-foot test chamber is equipped with a dual-channel FFT measurement system that yields 3D complex polar data.

In addition to these high-tech tools, engineering has a state-of-the-art prototype facility at their disposal, where the high-end CAD/CAM system design tools so vital to their exacting work are linked directly to production machines employing computer-numeric-controlled (CNC) saws and routers. As a result, both standard and custom designs can be translated into real, live working prototypes in short order and further refinements quickly implemented. Outfitted with product finishing capability, this facility also allows the company to rapidly respond to customer build-to-order (BTO) requests.
