Update: EAW Parts and Service

Back in the winter, we rehired long-time EAW service guru Steve Davis as a full-time EAW employee. As part of the longterm plan to consolidate and streamline this aspect of our business, we’ve opened a new section of the mill complex (Building 9) to house both service and finished goods warehousing. Including the service labs and offices and the shipping office, the new space comprises about 30,000 square feet.

Welcome Back, Steve Davis

EAW Service Manager Steve DavisYou might already have seen this on Pro Sound Web or the other trade websites, but we want to say it here…just because we can. STEVE DAVIS IS BACK!!!

From the news release:

Having worked as an EAW employee then a  contract vendor, Davis is now in his 25th year as EAW’s primary service resource. As a result of the new appointment, he will soon relocate to a new dedicated space in EAW’s manufacturing complex. With communications streamlined and with service connected directly to the rest of EAW’s resources, customer service issues will be resolved more quickly, efficiently and
effectively, having a major impact for EAW customers.

(Jeff) Rocha states, “Steve Davis is one of the most trusted resources – indeed, one of the most trusted names – in all of pro audio. When customers send a loudspeaker to Steve for service or repair, they do so with complete faith in his ability to solve their problems. He is truly world-class, and it’s great to have him back on the team. With Steve again on board, we are one step closer to reaching our goal of being a fully…
