The BH822e install horn-loaded subwoofer offers a 13-foot-long long horn that uses a shaping technique with the necessary complex expansion rates. The complex flares are constructed from a 3-mm veneer of cross-grain-laminated birch plywood that is fit into slots cut by a computer-numeric-controlled router. The birch veneer is then backed with a proprietary, high-damping polyurethane foam which minimizes horn resonances. The BH822e provides extremely high levels of tight, punchy bass to the lowest octave of human hearing. It is engineered for use in arrays of four or more modules.
