The VFS subwoofers are high output, low profile subwoofers that combine a hybrid of portable and install features to provide audio professionals with endless design flexibility. Intended as companion, arrayable subwoofers to the VF family of loudspeakers, they also work well as standalone subwoofers in a variety of installation applications.

Available with double 12” (VFS220) or double 15” (VFS250) woofers, VFS products utilize top quality transducers in direct radiating vented enclosures and are optimally tuned to match the VF product line. In addition, the size and shape of the enclosures closed match the VF Series ensuring an attractive system package when used together.

To accommodate both portable and install applications, the VFS subwoofers are equipped with handles, pole mount cups, and NL4 connectors as well as the appropriate rigging options needed for fixed installations – all seamlessly incorporated into the enclosure design.

Construction of the VF Series matches the high standard long applied to all EAW products. Sturdy Baltic birch enclosures are protected by a tough, latex paint and durable, foam-backed steel grilles to shield the transducers while also hiding them from view.

An optional Flybar is available that allows two full range VFR loudspeakers to be mounted one on each side of a VFS subwoofer. The Flybar provides for single or double pick points with pull back. Other available accessories include a stinger which provides selectable tilt to an array from a single pick point.
