The Application Support Group (ASG) is EAW’s multifaceted technical assistance team offering a wide range of specialized services to our rep firms, dealers/distributors, and customers of EAW and EAW Commercial products. The team includes four sound system designers, three phone technical support specialists, and a special projects coordinator.

Joe Fustolo
Manager - Application Support Group
Based in Whitinsville, MA, Joe manages the national and international ASG team. In addition, he works closely with high-level contractor and consultant customer bases, providing them with information regarding loudspeaker design and application issues as well as affiliated system elements. He’s previously served as a sound system designer/installer, a FOH/monitor engineer, and a recording engineer. Joe is also an active moderator on the discussion forum. |

Janet Yacino
Special Project Coordinator
Based in Whitinsville, MA, Janet handles all custom Build To Order and Deviation Requests, and she also interfaces with Engineering and Sales Administration to ensure new part numbers and pricing are managed in a timely fashion. In 10 years with EAW, Janet has served in the Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Sales Departments, providing her with a great deal of insight in helping our customers with a wide range of issues. |

James Bamlett
Application Support Specialist – Asia Pacific Rim
Based in Malaysia, James is an experienced sound system engineer and designer, working with many top acts and prestigious installations. He supports EAW's overseas contractor and consultant customer bases and tour sound clients, providing in-depth information regarding loudspeaker design and application issues as well as affiliated system elements. James is also an instructor of EAW Smaart measurement software. |

Adam Howarth
Application Support Specialist
Based in Whitinsville, MA, Adam offers an extensive background in live event system design and engineering, and has served as a live and recording engineer, an audio instructor, and as a design consultant for theaters, production companies, and educational institutions. He received a Macintyre Award for Theatrical Design in 2000, and also was nominated for an Ovation Award in Sound Design for his work on the production Macbeth a Modern Ecstasy. He holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Sound Design from the California Institute of the Arts, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theater from the College of Wooster. |

Moray McMillin
Application Support Specialist, UK
Previous U.K. sales manager, Moray McMillin, has taken over European ASG duties. He has been looking after U.K. sales for the past two years and now moves his talents to the support of the entire EMEA region from the technical application standpoint. In over three decades of international touring, McMillin has worked with the likes of Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Siouxsie & the Banshees, Public Image Ltd. and, on the softer side, Suzanne Vega. "I am really looking forward to getting my hands dirty playing with gear full-time again," he says. "Sales is fun, but I'm a gear-head at heart."
